Updated monthly: INN/OGRN, name, SME register category, main activity (OKVED), region and locality, headcount, tax arrears, taxes paid, revenue/expense totals, special tax regime and tax penalties (Federal Tax Service). For followed companies the official register extract adds officers, participants and their shares, charter capital, address and status. Shareholders of joint-stock companies are not in the register.

Payment and invoicing are handled by our payment provider, the Merchant of Record: it calculates VAT / sales tax for your country on the secure checkout page and issues your invoice. Consumer subscriptions do not renew automatically (we ask before the period ends); business subscriptions renew until turned off in your panel. Card payments are protected by 3D Secure.
