When do I learn that a customer has entered konkordato?

On the day the notice is published in the Trade Registry Gazette, at the top of your e-mail as a red alert; if a webhook is set up, it also goes to your ERP.

When must I file my claim in konkordato?

Within 15 days of the commissioner’s call to creditors (İİK art. 299). Objections to the temporary respite are due within 7 days of its notice (İİK art. 288). Details are in the konkordato guide.

Can we add our customer list in bulk?

Yes. From Excel with registry office, registry number and name columns, or through the API. Add a company without a registry number by name and pick it from the candidates.

Do you verify a change of bank account?

No. Bank accounts are not in the register. The profile shows whether the person who signed the instruction can represent the company; confirm the account separately through a channel you know.

Is our customer list visible to others?

No. Your watchlist, notes and reports are kept in your account only.
