Which official sources does Ulawk use for Brasil?

Official company register of Brazil. Partners and administrators (QSA): name, role, date of entry, country of foreign partners and the CNPJ of corporate partners, plus the company name, legal form and capital. Which law and authorities govern Brasil companies?
