Product · Company profile

Every row of the profile has a notice behind it.

Officers, signing authority, shareholders, capital, address and articles are read from Trade Registry Gazette notices. Each row is tied to its notice, to the sentence in the notice and to where that sentence sits on the gazette page.

Sourced fields

Value, reference, quote: all on one row.

You do not need to search the gazette to check a fact. Open the row: date, issue, page and the sentence are there; one click shows the sentence highlighted on the gazette page.

Reference

Each row carries the publication date, gazette issue and page. If several notices say the same, the latest is shown and older ones stay in the notice history.

Verbatim quote

When the AI reads a notice it must return the exact sentence for each fact. The quote is searched in the gazette text; if it is not found the row is shown with a warning, not hidden.

Place on the page

When the sentence can be located it is boxed in yellow. When it cannot, the page opens unmarked and we say so.

Original PDF

The gazette issue is in our archive; open the page on the site or download the PDF.

Profile sections

What the profile holds, and where it comes from.

Most facts are read directly from notices. Some are calculated from them; those are shown as calculations and linked to the notices they rely on.

Legal form

In its local name and its international code.

The legal form is shown in its local name, an English equivalent and the international legal form code (ISO 20275). The code is in the API response too, which makes matching with foreign systems easy.

Branch, sole proprietorship—No code

We do not invent codes for forms without an exact match in the list: branches, branches of foreign companies and sole proprietorships get none. Common forms in Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, France and others are coded the same way.

Company status

“Is it active?” A three-layer answer.

We do not squeeze status into one label. The wording of the notice, the standard status and, if the company closed, the reason are kept separately; each one tied to its notice.

  1. 01

    Notice wording

    “tasfiye halinde”

The phrase in the notice is kept as it is; no interpretation added.

  2. 02

    Standard status

    In liquidation · PENDING_DISSOLUTION

One of five statuses with its international equivalent: active, under insolvency proceedings, in liquidation, closed, unknown.

  3. 03

    Closure reason

    Merger · MERGER

If the company closed, why: merger, full division, administrative strike-off, bankruptcy, liquidation. If the notice does not say, “reason not stated in the notice”.

“Active” is an inference made because no adverse notice was seen, and the screen says “inferred”. In a change of legal form the legal personality continues; the company is not treated as closed.

Compliance flags

Situations that need attention, with the legal basis.

Some situations are flagged as notices are read. Each flag shows its article of law and its source notice; a flag has three values: yes, no, no information.

Board term expired

The term in the election notice or the legal maximum has passed and no renewal was seen. Basis: Turkish Commercial Code art. 362.

Managers’ term expired

The term of a limited company’s managers has passed. Basis: TCC art. 623.

Capital loss, over-indebtedness

A notice reported capital loss or over-indebtedness. Basis: TCC art. 376.

Concordat moratorium

A temporary or final moratorium was announced. Basis: Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law art. 285 ff.

Bankruptcy

A bankruptcy decision was announced. Basis: EBL art. 154 ff.

Liquidation

The company entered liquidation or creditors were called. Basis: TCC art. 533 ff.

Strike-off warning

A registry strike-off procedure notice was seen. Basis: TCC provisional art. 7.

Three values

“Yes”: a notice shows it. “No”: a notice shows the opposite. “No information”: no trace in the notices; it does not mean clean.

Flags are derived automatically from notice type and text; they are not a legal assessment. The same flags are in the API response.

Representation and signature

Who represents the company today, and how?

Officers with their titles and form of representation; with limits if an internal directive was published. The one table to check before a contract is signed.

Management and representation · Demirtaş Holding A.Ş.Sample · fictional company and data

From an internal directive notice, transaction type, amount limit and signature combination are extracted into an authority table. The profile does not replace a signature circular; ask for one for critical transactions.

Over time

Who was authorised then, and when does the term end?

The profile is not only about today. Pick a past date to see that day’s officers, and spot boards whose term is about to end.

By date

Who was authorised on a given date?

Pick a date to see the officers in office that day with their titles and form of representation. A look back for a contract, a notice letter or a court file.

Old and new registry

When a company moves registry office or its number is written differently, old and new records are merged; the history does not break.

Categories

Incorporation; management and representation; capital; shareholders; name and address; general meeting; articles; merger and change of form; concordat, bankruptcy and liquidation.

Profile rebuilt

When a new notice arrives the profile is rebuilt with it; older facts stay in history.

From gazette to profile

How a notice becomes a profile.

The profile is built in six steps; the fifth is the verification gate.

A fact whose source cannot be shown does not enter the profile.

Details and our limits are on the Methodology page.

  1. Notice list

All notices of the company are found by registry office and number.

  2. Gazette page

The gazette issue with the notice is downloaded and archived.

  3. The company’s block

The page is converted to text; neighbouring notices are separated out.

  4. Reading and quoting

AI extracts officers, shareholders, capital, address and articles, returning the exact sentence for every fact.

  5. Verification gate

The notice, the person’s name and the quote behind each record are checked; records without a source are dropped. Rows whose quote is not found word for word are shown with a warning.

  6. Error reports

Every row has a flag; reported errors are reviewed and corrected by our team.

Reports and export

Ready for the file, ready for committee.

The sourced profile becomes a report in one click. The report is not rewritten by AI; it contains what the profile contains, with sources.

Trade registry report

Word and PDF; identity, management and representation, shareholders, capital history and notice list.

Capital table

Increases and shareholding since incorporation, in Excel and PDF.

Report appendices

Sanctions, risk, relationships, beneficial owners, cross-border structures, group structure, KAP, articles and your notes; choose what you need.

My reports and API

Reports are prepared in the background and land in your list. The same profile is JSON in the API.

Companies abroad

The same screen abroad.

For companies abroad the profile comes from the country’s official company register. Which data comes back differs by country; the coverage table lists it country by country.

Same layout

Identity, officers, shareholders, status and events in the same places as a Turkish profile.

Source on every row

The “Show in the record” button opens the official record behind the fact.

We say what is missing

If a register does not provide a fact we do not leave it blank; we say whether it is on request or not available.

A route everywhere

Where we are not connected to the national register we follow the company through the international LEI record.

FAQ

Questions

If your question is not here, write to [email protected].

Where does the profile data come from?

For companies in Türkiye, from Trade Registry Gazette notices and, for listed companies, KAP disclosures; abroad, from the country’s official company register. Every row names the record behind it.

Is anything shown without a match in the gazette?

A record whose source cannot be shown is not taken into the profile. A row whose quote is not found word for word in the gazette text is not hidden; it is shown with a “check the gazette” warning. This mostly happens with old scanned issues.

Can I see the current shareholders of a joint-stock company?

In an A.Ş., share transfers are entered in the share ledger and usually not published. Shareholders are shown as they appear in incorporation and capital notices, with the notice date; if there is no full list, the screen says so.

Does the profile replace a signature circular?

No. The profile shows who represents the company, with which title and how, from the notices; for critical transactions we recommend asking for an up-to-date signature circular.

Is beneficial ownership declared or calculated?

Calculated. Direct and indirect stakes are multiplied using the ratios in the notices; natural persons above 25% are shown as “candidates”, marked as a calculation. See the Ownership and group page.

What should I do if I see an error?

Press the flag next to the row. The report reaches our team; we review it and correct it where needed.

Look at the profiles of your own companies.

Send your list; we will open the first profiles together and show the source of every row.
