Signed

Every delivery is signed with HMAC-SHA256; reject it if the timestamp is older than five minutes.

Retries

If we cannot reach you, seven attempts in total at growing intervals; the delivery ID stays the same so you avoid double processing.

Category filter

Each webhook receives only the categories it selects; five addresses per account.

Safe address

HTTPS only; private network addresses are not accepted. The secret is stored encrypted.

Sanctions screening

Eight lists, exact names only.

The company, its officers and shareholders are screened against sanctions lists. Matching uses exact names only; we do not raise false alarms because of similar names.

What happens on a possible hit?

Open the record and compare date of birth and nationality on the list. Your “not the same person” decision is recorded; the same name will not bother you again.

Method: Exact name and company name
50% rule: Flag if listed parties directly hold 50% or more together
Record: Screenings and your decisions in the audit trail

Exact matching may miss names spelled differently; screening does not replace a compliance programme.

Term-expiry alerts

Before the board’s term runs out.

A transaction signed by a board whose term has expired may be disputed. You see term expiries in advance.

When a board or manager term approaches on your watchlist a warning is added to your daily e-mail. When the term has passed and no renewal notice was seen, the profile flags it.

When do I learn about a new notice?

The Trade Registry Gazette is checked every business day. When a new notice is found it is sent the same day in the digest or instantly, depending on your setting; with a webhook it also goes to your system.

I only want some changes.

Webhooks and the API have a category filter: for example only “yetkililer” and “durum”. Each webhook receives its own categories.

How does sanctions matching work?

Names and company names are compared with the names on the lists word for word; similar or partial name matching is not used. On a possible hit you open the record and verify by date of birth and nationality.

Can people without an account receive alerts?

Yes. You can add extra e-mail addresses to your account; each gets a confirmation link and nothing is sent until it is confirmed.

How would I know if a check failed one day?

The service status page shows panel, API, e-mail, job queue, Trade Registry Gazette, KAP and each country abroad day by day. A day without traces shows “unknown”, not “working”.
