Clients and counterparties, on one list.

Learn about register changes of client companies and counterparties the same day. Check signing authority before a contract or notice letter, and pull a company’s history with sources before litigation.

  • Who was authorised then?
  • Gazette PDF for the file
  • One project per client

Today and with Ulawk

Register changes reach the file late.

A change of name is noticed when service of process comes back; a change of authority when the contract is disputed.

Today

Noticed afterwards

  • A counterparty’s new name or address is noticed when service comes back
  • The signatory’s authority is disputed after signing
  • A pre-litigation company history means paging through the gazette
  • The client’s term-of-office calendar is forgotten in the file

With Ulawk

Same day and sourced

  • Name and address changes in your e-mail the same day
  • The officer on the signing date, by date in the profile
  • Notices since incorporation with PDFs on one timeline
  • Term alerts 60, 30 and 7 days ahead

The same company file serves a different job in each team of the firm.

The signatory’s title, form of representation and internal directive limits; with sources.

The company’s history, former names, moves and mergers on one line.

Acquisition review

Transfer restrictions, pre-emption, privileged shares and quorums in the articles, by article number.

Reports and exhibits

Word/PDF trade registry report and gazette PDFs for petitions or the file.

Signing authority check

Is the signatory really authorised?

Title, form of representation and internal directive limits in one table; every row tied to its notice.

Management and representation · Demirtaş Holding A.Ş.Sample · fictional company and data

From an internal directive notice, transaction type, amount limit and signature combination are extracted into an authority table. The profile does not replace a signature circular; ask for one for critical transactions.

Looking back

Who was authorised on the signing date?

In a dispute the question is not today’s officer but the officer on the transaction date.

The profile shows the officers in office that day, their titles and form of representation; the notice behind it alongside.

FAQ

Questions

If your question is not here, write to [email protected].

What do I need to follow a counterparty?

Registry office and registry number, or the company name. When you add by name, candidates are shown and you pick the right record.

How do I see the officer on a past date?

Pick a date under “Who was authorised on a given date?” in the profile; in the API, pass a date to the officers endpoint.

Can I attach the gazette issue to a petition?

Yes. The archived gazette issue is the published official gazette itself; download it as PDF and attach it.

Does client information stay confidential?

Your watchlist and notes are kept only in your account. Projects are shared only with people you invite.

How is the articles analysis done?

On request, with the “Analyse” button. Eleven headings are extracted with article number and quote; a missing heading is marked “not in text”.

Add the companies in your files once.

The register tells the rest, and we pass it on.
