Notice types
Which notice arrived, and how important is it?
Every notice gets a category and a level. Red ones come at the top of the e-mail with a warning sign in the subject line.

Our limits
What we cannot see.
Being clear makes life easier for whoever uses the document.
A.Ş. share transfers
Entered in the share ledger and usually not published; the current split may not be visible in the gazette.
Old scans
Text recognition errors are possible in old scanned issues; report them with the row’s flag.
Closed registers
Some registers do not release documents automatically; manual order or not available.
ID numbers
The gazette carries no ID numbers; people are matched by name and the same name may be a different person.

From which date are gazette PDFs available?
When you add a company its notices since incorporation are searched and the gazette issues archived. Scan quality may be low in very old issues; you will then see a warning on the row.
Can I download documents?
Yes. Open the gazette issue on the site or download it as PDF; all PDFs of a company are also available from the API as one ZIP.
How do KAP disclosures arrive?
For KAP member companies disclosures are read daily and appear in the profile’s KAP tab and the change stream. Ticker, board and ownership structure also come from KAP.
Are documents abroad charged?
Documents marked “Included” in the coverage table are free. For those “On request” we quote first and never order without your approval.
Is this an official document?
The archived gazette issue is the published official gazette itself. Our profiles and reports are summaries prepared from these documents and are not official documents.
