Which law and authorities govern Ísland companies?
Nordic legal tradition; public limited companies are governed by Act No. 2/1995 and private limited companies by Act No. 138/1994. Authorities: Company registry: Official company register of Iceland; Financial supervision: Skatturinn — Ársreikningaskrá; Central bank: Seðlabanki Íslands; Banking supervision: Seðlabanki Íslands — Fjármálaeftirlit; Beneficial ownership: Official beneficial ownership register of Iceland. Ulawk shows official records; it is not legal advice.
Can I follow Turkish companies together with Ísland companies?
Yes. Turkish companies come from the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette, Ísland companies from their official source (official company register of Iceland); both are in the same panel, and a foreign company can be linked to a Turkish company as its shareholder or officer.
Is the panel available in English?
Yes. Choose Ísland from the flag menu and the panel switches to English, with dates and amounts in the local format.
Is this legal advice or a credit rating?
No. Ulawk shows official records with their source. Risk flags are explainable signals from public filings, not a credit score, and nothing here replaces legal advice.
