Sanctions screening

POST/api/v1/yaptirim/tara/

Screens up to 500 names against sanctions lists. Matching is exact-name only: every part of the name must match (ignoring order, accents and case). Results are possible hits; verify identity against the list entry. Not available with sandbox keys (401). benzer_yazim is accepted for compatibility and does not widen matching.
