# Change categories

Every row in `degisiklikler` (`kategori`) and every notice in `ilanlar` (`degisiklik_kategorisi`) falls into a fixed category. The rule reads the text and is fixed: closure first, then status, then type. The set only grows by **addition**; existing names never change.

| Category | Name | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| `durum` | Company status | Concordat, bankruptcy, entry into liquidation, dissolution, merger/demerger/conversion, capital loss, court decisions |
| `adres` | Address | Address and registered office moves |
| `ortaklik` | Ownership | Shareholders and share distribution, share transfers |
| `sermaye` | Capital | Capital increase, decrease, initial capital |
| `yetkililer` | Officers and representation | Board, managers, representation and signing authority, auditor, liquidator appointments and departures |
| `unvan` | Name | Change of name |
| `esas_sozlesme` | Articles of association | Amendments to the articles, objects |
| `diger` | Other | Incorporation, general meetings, branches and everything else |
| `kapandi` | Closure (struck off) | Struck off, removed from the register, end of liquidation — no longer active |

## Filtering

Comma-separated `kategoriler=` on change and notice endpoints. An unknown category returns `400 gecersiz_kategori` with `gecerli_kategoriler` in the body. Webhooks subscribe to the same set.

```bash
curl "https://ulawk.com/api/v1/degisiklikler/?gun=7&kategoriler=durum,kapandi,yetkililer" \
  -H "X-API-Key: ulk_DENEME_ANAHTARINIZ" -H "X-API-Secret: ulsk_DENEME_GIZLI_ANAHTARINIZ"
```

> The `kategori` field on notices is the notice-type category (legacy `kategori=` filter); use `degisiklik_kategorisi` and `kategoriler=` in new integrations.
