## October 17, 2026 {#t-2026-10-17}

- **Quick lookup** — New `GET /api/v1/ara/`: instant candidates from the Ulawk index (name, registry office, registry number, legal form, status, province, address, incorporation, latest notice date) with `eslesme` (`tam` · `yakin` · `kismi`) and `skor`. No live registry lookup, nothing is followed; no personal names. Form prefill guide: the server-to-server pattern.
- **Verification report** — New `GET /api/v1/sirketler/{id}/dogrulama-raporu.pdf`: a sealed PDF from the sourced profile (DOGRULANDI · KISMI · DOGRULANMADI), every fact with its notice reference and verbatim quote; `?bicim=json|html`, free re-download with `?rapor=DR-…`, `?tam_zorunlu=1` → 409 `veri_eksik`.
- **Signing check** — New `GET|POST /api/v1/sirketler/{id}/imza-kontrol/`: `yetkili` · `yetkili_degil` · `belirsiz` for a person, date, amount and transaction; reasons, rules applied and co-signers, each with its source notice. Available in the sandbox with DENEME-… companies.
- **Minimum capital signal** — New `asgari_sermaye` signal in `uyum_sinyalleri`: the latest published capital is compared with the statutory minimum for joint-stock and limited companies (Turkish Commercial Code arts. 332, 580, provisional art. 15). Unknown capital gives `aktif: null`; capital meeting the minimum gives `false`. Not legal advice.
- **Changelog feed** — An Atom feed of this changelog: `/en/gelistirici/degisiklikler.xml` (Turkish at `/gelistirici/degisiklikler.xml`).
- **Status subscription** — E-mail subscription on the `/durum/` page: a message when a component has an outage and when it recovers; double opt-in, an unsubscribe link in every message.
- **UK filing evidence** — In UK profiles, officer, shareholder, capital and address rows link to a verbatim quote from the filed document and its place in that document.
- **France filings** — French profiles gain shareholders and share counts, capital history and articles of association from filed documents; every record carries its quote from the document.
- **Japan register** — Japan is now covered: identity, address and financial statements from the official company register; details in the Japan country guide.
- **Add by tax certificate** — In the app, add companies from a list of names or from tax certificate PDFs: candidate records are found without the registry number and added after review.

- **`veri_durumu`** — Completeness, method and limits per profile section; the empty-list rule (`[]` = looked, none · `null` = not available).
- **`hata_ayrinti`** — Structured detail in every error body: `kod`, `mesaj`, `taraf`, `kaynak`, `tekrar_denenebilir`, `tekrar_sn`; Retry-After on 429 and retryable errors.
- **Change categories** — A fixed `kategori` on every change row and notice; `kategoriler=` filter on change and notice endpoints.
- **Webhooks** — Change webhooks by category: `/api/v1/webhooklar/` (create, list, update, delete, test); the signed body carries the notice itself.
- **Sandbox** — Sandbox keys see made-up DENEME-… companies and never touch live data or your allowance. Special ids cover preparation, source outage, liquidation, strike-off and pagination.
- **Access by id** — Company endpoints also accept string ids (`/api/v1/sirketler/DENEME-100001/`): DENEME-… ids in the sandbox; numeric ids with live keys.
- **MCP** — Ulawk MCP server (`/mcp/`): AI assistants read the companies you follow through tools.
- **Coverage catalogue** — Public, keyless `/api/katalog/` and `/api/katalog/{kod}/`: coverage by country. Service status at `/durum.json`.
- **Developer docs** — This site: OpenAPI 3.1 definition (`/gelistirici/openapi.json`), a Markdown version of every page and `llms.txt`.
